- CPF* (Personal Training Account)
Job seeker :
From your first job until your retirement, you accumulate euros in your CPF account so that you can train at any time. However, it is not credited during your period of unemployment. You cannot have a CPF if you have never had a job.
The procedure to follow is to first open a CPF account online on the site moncompteactivite.gouv.fr then find eligible training.
For financing and putting together your training file, you can be supported by your employment center advisor, your Zip code (professional development advisor) or the QRP team.
If you do not have enough euros in your CPF account, you can then set up a file with your employment center advisor, to benefit from additional aid from the RFPE (Remuneration of Pôle Emploi Training), which brings together the AFPR, POE, AFC and the AIF.
- AFPR (Pre-Recruitment Training Action)
Applies to job offers on which the following mention appears: “Training Action Prior to Recruitment”. The AFPR is designed to bridge the gap between the skills you have and those required by the job you are applying for. More information on the site employment center
- AIF (Individual Training Assistance)
Individual training assistance (AIF) allows you to obtain financial assistance from Pôle Emploi to follow training not covered by other collective or individual financing schemes. The AIF from Pôle Emploi can supplement an insufficient CPF account and aid from local authorities or OPCOs. More information on the site employment center
- POEI (Operational preparation for individual employment)
The individual POE allows you to follow training to acquire the skills necessary for an offer submitted by a company to Pôle Emploi. The training is individualized and adapted to your profile. At the end of this training and if you reach the required level, the employer is required to hire you. More information on the site employment center
- Training voucher
This individual assistance from the Regional Council allows you to follow professional training attested by a diploma or professional title registered in the National Directory of Certifications (RNCP) or eligible for the Personal Training Account (CPF). Training is covered up to 100% and within the ceiling limit depending on the training. The training project must be validated by your Zip code (professional development advisor).
